Would you like to paint alongside our mural artist Chris Rutterford? Chris will be running drop-in mural art workshops for the public or local community groups to join. The workshops are free and all materials will be provided. These workshops will take place in The Cutty Sark Arts Centre, High Street, Ayr. Spaces are available on the following dates:
WEEKDAYS
Thur 19 Sep: afternoon 3pm - 5pm
Friday 20 Sep: Drop-in between 10am - 4pm
Mon 23 Sep: Drop-in between 10am - 4pm
Tue 24 Sep: afternoon 3pm - 5pm
Friday 27 Sep: afternoon 3pm - 5pm
WEEKENDS
Saturday 21/ Sunday 22 Sep: drop-in between 10am - 4pm
Saturday 28 / Sunday 29 Sep: drop-in between 10am -4pm
So far, 1600 people of all ages and abilities have joined us to help paint this community mural. Once it is finished, it will be one of the largest murals in Scotland! It's great fun, you'll be working in a superb arts workspace overlooking the River Ayr in a lovely relaxed environment. We look forward to welcoming you.
